Billionaires often give horrible advice on how to be successful like they are, such as “do what you love.” This is problematic because the average person hearing such trite sayings loves being entertained and doing things that are useless and unproductive, thus they can never get rich and successful doing what they love. Bill Gates said that one of his regrets is working too hard, but this is utterly foolish, because he would not have the life he has without that initial hard work. Even 1% less effort could have led to him failing and being broke.
