Too many seek to put celebrities on a pedestal, and then want to criticize those who are actually accomplishing things. The heart of the matter is jealousy because the person doing the criticism feels inadequate. Instead of criticizing, people of character go out and have their own accomplishments. They are too busy being successful to focus on what other people are doing or not doing.

Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. (John 7:24)

And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God. (Luke 12:16-21)

But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth. (1 Timothy 5:6)

Many people just go through life on auto-pilot. They live for ease, rest, and relaxation. When the end of their work week arrives, they have already been lowering productivity and momentum. Then they go through the weekend accomplishing very little, because they lack discipline when there is no boss or job to tell them what to do. Then they start another week needing to begin all over again in gaining momentum and never get back to peak productivity until about midweek, when they then start getting ready for the weekend again and start losing momentum. This becomes a cycle that keeps them endlessly bound to mediocrity with no hope of escape, except if they change their mindsets and start to hold themselves accountable to accomplishing things and being disciplined people!
