A popular method taught today is taking long breaks from any work and just living life effortlessly. The reality is this is a fantasy world that only a select few can live and get good results from. Thinking that you are going to sit around your house meditating, saying affirmations, visualizing, and have millions of dollars coming in with no work on your part is delusion for the vast majority of people.

Some people seem to think that for God to be glorified they need to be weak, losing, and miserable. They have this warped idea that God wants His creatures powerless as if such powerlessness means they will be more dependent on Him. The reality is that when you rise up to your powerful status in Christ you will be at the point of the most dependence on God that any human can have. People are powerless and failing because they are dependant on self and denying the power of God in their lives.
