Many people have made an idol out of church. They have replaced a relationship with Jesus with a relationship with church bureaucracy. It can make many think that the church saves and they even will forego evangelizing people for Jesus and instead try to get people to come to church. Many times, these professing Christians have been lured into a pseudo-Christianity that is more akin to a social club that centers around “going to church” and not Jesus. This “church” is nothing like the true assembling of believers together in worship of the Lord and edification in their most holy faith.
