There is this idea that to have a good body and be rich and successful means that you cannot be happy, have a family, or whatever else average people place a priority on because it is easier. I emphasize a lot that you CAN have it all. You do not have to choose between having some good things and not having others. You can choose it all, but most are too lazy and too addicted to pleasure that they refuse to put in the effort into useful endeavors. So, by default, they settle for mediocrity, getting fat, raising a family that despises them, and not being even remotely unique in the least. There is a better way down the straight and narrow way to life!
