We are already gratified by believing that we received when we prayed. There may be temporal delay in the receiving in the physical world, but we are gratified by faith. Yes, we may need to “delay gratification” in life for things like making a big purchase, but it is often wise to wait a few days so that you can be sure that it is a wise purchase that you want and not an impulse buy. But when you set your mind to get something you will be gratified by faith already, even if the manifestation is not instantaneous!
