Q&A #2: How Should I Handle Customer Refunds, Especially If I Believe They Are Scamming Me?

0

Many people waste time arguing with customers over refunds and returns instead of just doing what is right. They will spend an hour arguing over a $5 refund when they could have won that customer over by handling it well in a minute, and then spent the rest of that time increasing sales. This is foolishness, my friends, and it is the sign of a poverty mentality. Stop lying by claiming “it is the principle, and not the money,” as the truth is your poverty mentality keeps you fighting for ever penny you receive and causes you to sabotage your business with terrible customer service habits.

Living Your Life In Past Successes Or Failures Will Lead To Future Failures!

Many know not to live their lives in the past negativity, but some of these same people will live in the past successes. They will talk about and relive these old successes and hinder themselves from future successes. Others will be held back by negative things that happened to them in the past and allow those things to become the cornerstone of their entire lives, never getting over it and turning a negative event into a permanent negative life.
